Life Lesson That I Have Learned

What are life lessons?

The relevant lesson I’ve learned about living successfully is to understand that there are truly no failure. Life is filled with all kinds of experiences, some wonderful and some are challenges, lessons that you can use to make even better, clearer choices to take you to where you really want to be, to move beyond chaos, hurt, deception, unforgiveness, guilt, manipulation, jealousy, betrayal, ect. Life is about discovering YOU!

However, self-discovery is actually seeing, understanding and living the authenic light inside of you which is the essence of your true happy inner being. To get to that place of you, you need to realize and understand:

Keeping Positive, Confident and Focused

What holds you back from following your dreams and achieving your goals?

Make a list to identify what those things are and what you can do to begin taking a step forward, even if it’s a small step. Make it simple and don’t overthink things.  You don’t have to list everything at once. List what you feel comfortable listing, take a break (a few hours, a day) and then come back to completing the list so you don’t feel anxious or overwhelmed. 

Access what’s holding you back and what changes you want to make

Next, begin with writing down an intention that correlates to your goal or dream.

Example:

I am taking positive, proactive steps to accomplish my goals/dream.

Writing down that intention and one small step you will take is the beginning of moving forward with proactive action.

That’s what matters ‐- not that it’s a small step, but that it’s a positive step forward in the direction you want to go in.
