Do You Think That You Don’t Deserve Good?

What can you do when you think that you don’t deserve good and push good intended things and people away from you?
It’s important to have self-love
and to value yourself
Sometimes people listen to what others (even family, parents, friends and teachers) think about them and their potential. You might have accepted some of those things as true and started believing them about yourself, instead of understanding that that’s their opinions; whether formed from jealousy, dislike, emotional predisposition learned from their own parents and significant others in their lives.
Sometimes people have been in very difficult, challenging abusive relationships (substance, emotional, physical abuse and have been put down in so many ways, so many times, the lines sometimes become fudged, and unclear in their minds and their emotions as to whether they did something to cause the abuse or whether what the person spouting out negativity about them is somewhat true. It is essential to navigate yourself toward being the happy, healthy and successful you.
How do you hold on to the real truth about yourself after coming through challenging circumstances and relationships?
It goes back to the basics and the fundamental that you have the fundamental right to happiness and being the best you, you create yourself to be. But those hurtful experiences and challenges tried to undermine that. Take the lessons you’ve learned and rise above the pain, the victimization and disadvantageous situations.
Sometimes there’s no one there physically to hold your hand and help you out. But there is your deep inner authentic self who knows how to lead you out of the chaos, out of the pain. Let the spark of Truth begin to ignite that you deserve good. Even if you don’t believe it, accept it as the principal, the truth, your personal truth that you apply to yourself, instead of the negativity around you and negative self-talk you might have engaged in most of the time.
Show Yourself Love
Accept that change is possible. Desire good change. And then start to take positive actions to create the good that you want in your life, beginning with positive self-talk.
Remember that negative words were projected at you repeatedly until you came to believe them about yourself. So you will need to put in the repeated positive thoughts to get rid of the negative ones. Then thinking more positively will become more natural than thinking negatively.
Forgiving yourself and forgiving others is also important in the step to feeling better, experiencing better, and being the better you! Know that the better and best you is inside of you and has always been there.
Get Motivated
It comes to the point in life of defining for yourself your good thoughts about yourself and getting rid of those negative perceptions that others labeled you; so you can believe you deserve good and receive good.
There are those individuals who see the good in you because they are seeing the real you. Therefore, they have no problem in understanding that you deserve good. So, you need to rethink how you see yourself through a more positive perspective about yourself.

Money Affirmations

Do you feel like you’re always broke and don’t have money to get the things you want? Do you feel stuck financially? Or are you financially stable, but you want to have more financial independence?
What is your mindset about money?
Your mindset basically is your thoughts, beliefs and feelings about a specific matter. Your beliefs influence how you feel, what you say, what you do and as a result of all those, creates what materialize in your reality.
Another intrinsic aspect of mindset is consistency. Thought patterns that remain consistent are the ones that are in the forefront of the race to get to the winning line.
So what do you need to do to make sure you have a positive win?
The same principles apply. Take control of the negative thoughts; replace them with positive ones; and remain consistent to the finish line to win.
How do you replace those negative thoughts that sometimes don’t seem to want to go away?
Use affirmations to replace negative ones in order to create positve changes in the way you think, feel and act regarding a specific matter and ultimately in creating a positive mindset for your life overall.
Why Say Affirmations?
Positive affirmations are positive statements regarding a specific idea or goal. Repeating positive affirmations help to retrain your thoughts about the matter to a positive mindset; thereby, moving past blockages to receive your goal.

What is your relationship with money? How you think about money matters. Learn positive affirmations to create positive changes in your life.
Remember the concept of which thought pattern wins — the mindset that remains consistent and persistent (repetitive).
All the outstanding athletes and millionaires are repetitive in their skills practice and mindset to be the amazing winners that they are. This doesn’t mean that sometimes negative thoughts don’t cross their minds. However, their actions are not to sit in the position of negativity. They find inspiration and motivation to keep in a positive mindset and to achieve their goals.
How can you do this? Repeating positive affirmations daily and several times throughout the day helps to leave less room for negative self-talk and retrain your subconscious mind, letting it know that this is the new way you are thinking. This is a retraining of your mind so watching the videos daily can help you as you repeat the affirmations with feeling.
It takes discipline to do something daily and several times a day. But the easy way to accomplish this is to break the task into smaller steps. You can decide to watch the video in the same time span of when you do a daily activity. For example, just after showing in the morning, at lunch, and just before going to sleep.

Self-Love: A Deeper Connection To You!

Photos by Jennifer Jones via UpwardTips.com
Learning to love yourself changes your relationship with everyone. — Bryant McGill
One of the greatest feelings in the world is to feel the joy of knowing that you love yourself. There is an inner peace that you feel no matter what the other circumstances are in your life.
Loving yourself is connecting to your deep true authentic best self that’s always present within you and guiding you in a good way throughout your life.
In life, you might have experienced others saying things like:
- “You’re not going to amount to anything!”
- “You don’t deserve that!”
- “You’re so stupid!”
- “You’re dumb!”
- “You’re just like…!” so and so, whom they had the least regard for.
Over the years, you might have had similar experiences to the labels they tried to apply to you at school, work, by friends and even family members. Those experiences were most likely generated from the projection of the negative words that fed your mind and feelings those false concepts. Those negative perceptions might have felt like the truth if the people who were saying the disadvantageous words to you were parents, siblings, teachers, supervisors, friends and such.
It’s scientific that you learn as you are growing. And the negative, unproductive, hurtful words said to you might have impacted the way you see yourself, your limiting beliefs about yourself; thereby, impacting the type of experiences you experienced in your reality.
You can actualize positive changes in your reality by redefining your self-perceptions and viewpoint in life.
How many people look at self-confident people and wish that they could experience life through that lens view of confidence?
How did that person become confident to handle daily matters and life in general with so much confidence?
Did confident people always have confidence or did they have to learn it?
Talking to self-confident people, you’ll probably get both answers of some having astonishing confidence from childhood and others telling you they developed self-confidence from:
- Overcoming social anxiety
- To stop feeling “less than” and self-sabotage
- Wanting to feel prepared for life
- Be able to overcome challenges
- Creating a better self-image, self-acceptance and self-concept
- Creating more positive experiences in life
- Wanting to move forward from hurtful experiences and trauma
- Wanting to be more capable of utilizing good opportunities
- Wanting to feel more confident in moving forward to accomplishing their goals, dreams and success
Loving yourself gives you a sense of well-being and keeps you moving forward and shapes your interactions with others.
